How do I keep my teva sandals from getting smelly and how do I get rid of the smell?

I have talked to a lot of people that have this same problem. I don't normally have stinky feet but after wearing my sandals for a while they start to really smell.

How do I keep my teva sandals from getting smelly and how do I get rid of the smell?
i have heard of this which really works on athlete's foot. try putting some baking soda on your sandals, rub them all over and place it in an airtight plastic bag.leave it for a few days..


the baking soda should absorb the moisture of the sandals..


and the stinking smell is actually due to the fact that bacteria exists on your sweating foot..and the bacteria respires which produces some sort of substance that has this foul smell. hope it works though
