Destination Wedding in Jamiaca: Which Sandals Resort is best?

So, after a few months of planning a wedding in the 'States, my husband-to-be and I have opted for a destination wedding instead. We're pretty set on Jamaica as our location and Sandals as our resort. I was hoping that past guests and/or employees could give me any information on which resort we should go with. We'd like to stay somewhere quiet, with lots of activities, beautiful beaches, and good food. My future mother-in-law is set on swimming with dolphins and I know Dolphins Cove is in Ocho Rios so there's some appeal to stay there, but I want some honest opinions from real people. Also, how does the wedding process go? Are their wedding packages nice (esp. the basic package)? I'm going with my husband-to-be and our immediate families. Thanks in advance!!

By the way, I saw that the resorts are "couples only". Would our families be able to stay there, too? They're all adults.

I've heard great things about the Ocho Rios one! Couples only means NO KIDS ALLOWED! lol The same company owns 'Beaches Resorts' which have a family flavor to them. You will find a review of the Sandals and Beaches resorts at http://tiniuri.com/f/cvc You'll qualify for a special discount when you visit Sandals' website via the above link. Read the visitors reviews as well to get a better idea of what to expect. Have a great time, I know you will!
Reply:My fiance and I are doing a "Super Surprise Plus" Package from Super Clubs.

We are saving at least 50% (normally it would be $6,000 but the total including airfare is $2800!!).

Reply:I think families can stay there as long as they are not under 18.

We had our honeymoon at Sandals in Ocho Rios Jamaica. The resort was great and I saw a few weddings on the beach. I am not sure how I would feel having a wedding on the beach there...seeing as I was just a random person and I watched their entire wedding while tanning and drinking. It wasn't very private. I think they may have some more seclusive places, but not on the beach.

Check out other sandals too.

Hope this helps!
