Why do girls like wearing sandals?

On a mild spring day, I see about 50% of girls wearing sandals but only 5% of guys do it.

Why do girls like wearing sandals?
I like to show off my pretty toes!
Reply:They are cooler than shoes that cover the entire foot, and they are cool.
Reply:Because, women have a wider shoe selection and therefore a greater need to wear sandals earlier in the season. Plus, some of us get pretty pedicures to show off and women's feet naturally tend to spread more over the course of a day (hence, we need to have our feet exposed as much as possible).

Reply:Sandals are inappropriate attire for most men at work however girls are able to wear strappy, sexy sandals all but the most severe of employments.

Reply:i would like to know to...i hate them because they drive me crazy im always riding a fourwheeler, i use it to get home off teh bus, so that wouldnt feel to good because my feet would be getting torn up...ill stick to combat boots

Reply:Sandals are cute! I mean it's not like you would wear tennis shoes with a skirt or dress...It looks weird.....and then you can show off your cute toe nails with pedicures! (What's the point in pedicures if you can't see them?) Plus, your feet can't get all sweaty in them and you get a breeze. They're also easier to take off; just slip them on and off. I love sandals! (mostly flip-flops)

Reply:I hate it when women wear those flip-flops. They wear the same old pair until they are dirty and worn out. YUCK. At least keep a new clean pair! They dont cost that much.

Reply:Good question. I own like 50 pairs of the things. Um, they're easy to slip on quick and they make so many different styles its easy to pick a pair to go with any outfit. They can be dressy or casual.
