Help! how do i keep a pair of mule style sandals on when i am wearing nylons???

i have a wedding to go to tonight,,and did not realize til i tried the whole outfit on,,that when i wear nylons whith the mule style sandals [ that woud be sandals you slide into with no back] that i cannot keep the shoes on for 3 seconds! thought of duct tape or sometthing similar, but then when i take the shoes off to dance,,i will have residue on the bottom of nylons and feet will stick to floor!!! please HELP!!!!!!!

I know, I know! You can buy these things that stick inside your shoes, under your toes %26amp; the ball of your foot, that are sort of like suede. They keep your feet from sliding forward in the shoes, so I would think they'd help keep them on, too. Look at shoe stores for them. I got some at Wal-Mart once, too.
