the strap of my rainbow sandals got chewed on by my dog and are torn now without repair, i remember when i bought them that there was a life time guarantee maybe im mistaken, but if im not where do i go to exchange them for new ones?

If I was you, I'd go to their website and see about it.
But I know if your bottom isn't wore off, they will replace them.

Reply:well it would help if u said who made them... but usually the life time guarantee doesn't include things like dogs chewing them. usually it's only for damages that happen because of poor construction or quality like a strap breaks or whatever

Reply:i had a similar situation, but their is a catch. they will only replace you sandal if the bottom of it got worn down. sorry =]
