Kelly Rowland of "Destiny's Child" appeared on BET's 106 and Park show on 03/28/07 wearing a hot dress and sandals.She said the dress was by "House of Dereon". She didn't say the maker of the shoes. BET tried to help me,but not much luck. Anyone out there? Help me out, please.
