Something that does not have thick straps that go past the ankles. Not a big fan of the hardcore gladiator sandals. Trying to look for a nice summery pair of strappy sandals in the $20-$30 range. HELP!

try t-strap thong sandals. i have great pair that were considerably more but they are cute and i like them because they were grecian inspired. type that into google and see what happens
