how do i clean the dirt footprints my feet leave after i wear the flip flops for a few days. im not dirty or anything actually on the contrary im very clean and always take great care of myself and my kids..i tend to go overboard sometimes but it really bothers me when i take the sandals off at someones house and you can see my dirty footprint in the shoe!! what do you guys do...just let it go or throw them in the was? which ive done and it still never gets it really clean since the dirt of course is embedded in there..

This happens to me too. Put a little soap on a toothbrush and wet the sandals then scrub on the dirt foot marks. It works and then let them dry. If you get them dirty all the time, you may have to do this often. I reccomend getting black flip flops so the dirt doesn't show so much. Hope I can help.

Reply:On my white flip flops or light colored ones I use hot sudsy dish soap or (Tide laundry soap) and a toothbrush (like the person above me said) it gets most of the grime off. And I buy black and darker colors for that reason too.
