my son bought swords and sandals 2 but whenever he inputs his activation code and his username and password it says that he isn't connected to the internet when he is. can anybody solve this problem?

Check to see if it's a firewall problem. There are some anti-spyware and anti-virus programs that prevents a program from connecting to the internet unless the user gives it permission. You probably need to give the game permission to access the internet.
