Help me with my new Adidas sandals!?

I have a pair of new Adidas sandals, so cute! This is the classic style of adidas that have been around for a long time, but they are new for me. You can see a pic at http://adus.imageg.net/graphics/product_...





Anyway, my question is, how on earth do I wear these, they are so uncomfortable!! They were super comfy when I tried them on at the store, and they were comfy when I brought them home and wore them around the house for the first time... for about an hour. Now I can't stand in them without it being excruciatingly painful! The little knobs that make up the surface hurt! Is there something I'm not getting? Will my feet form calluses or something so it won't hurt? Obviously people can wear them without it hurting because the company has been making and selling them for YEARS. wtf??

I am a footwear manager at a large department store. We sell name brand clothing and footwear. The sandals are adidas addissage. They are designed to "massage" your feet. I find them sooo uncomfortable, but a lot of people swear by them!!! We sell at least 20-30 pairs a day! We carry them all year long, and I never understood why they are so popular!





I am interested in finding out what you paid for them, we sell them for $19.99
Reply:before putting sandals on try rubbing lotion on your feet and that should help
Reply:I used to have these sandals, and went through the same issue you're having. Eventually your feet will get used to them, and they will feel like a massage!





To get used to them quicker, try wearing them with thin socks for a while, that will lessen the discomfort.
Reply:they hurt at the beginning but once you break them in they wont hurt anymore
Reply:I used to have these and I had the same problem. Your feet will become callused and this will help with the pain from the bumpies!
