Why is it that Rainbow Sandals hurt the first couple of days you get them?

But are supposed to be REALLY comfortable after? I just got a new pair and they are hurting my feet, but everyone i talk to about them say they are the best sandals ever.

Tabby's right. Each individual has, well, individual shapes and contours on their feet. Some are wide, etc... The manufacturers can't tailor shoes for each america. So they try to do their best to fit a shoe on you within certain limits of sizes and width. Plus, add that to the fact that there is simply a new material that hasn't been used, but just been sitting on the store in a box. It's just the circle of retail life:)

Good Luck, but you can get a shoe stretcher, shoe horn, or even WD40(JOKING ABOUT THE LAST ONE)...take care and hope this helps
Reply:i just got a pair last week. they were comfortable at first, but now after some rubbing the leather has become smooth and it's slippery which makes it hard to walk. i hope it becomes more comfortable soon. people say they're supposed to mold to your feet.
Reply:Almost all new shoes require a breaking-in period when they can be uncomfortable.
Reply:Yeah, it takes a few days to break them in, but they do mold to your foot after a couple of days. Plus their made out of leather which takes time to adjust to it
