Can you wear pantyhose with sandals to work?

Do you wear hose with sandals to work, or go bare legged?

Can you wear pantyhose with sandals to work?
Depends on the sandles
Reply:You can if you want to, what ever makes you comfortable. Today they have pantie hose that has the toes exposed, like a thong look. So there is a strap in between the big and second toes but the toes are bare. So you can have the hose look on your legs but the toes out showing off a manicure. This does look good if your toes look good, not ugly toes un-manicured, half polished etc.
Reply:you can wear pantyhose with any kind of shoes you like, thats why some have sheer toes so if you choose to wear sandals with them, pantyhose look way better than bare legs also.
Reply:Of course you can. You can wear pantyhose with any kind of shoes and any kind of clothes. So with sandals definitely wear pantyhose. It looks much better than bare legs and it is nice to wear them as well.
Reply:yes
Reply:I think it depends on your job. In most professional settings, I'd say not to opt for sandals. anything that shows more toe than a peeptoe pump is just unprofessional in a lot of careers. But in other settings, I'd say it would be just fine to wear pantyhose with sandals.
Reply:You CAN, especially if they have reinforced toes.
Reply:Yes, I have on dress down days at work. I wear docker pants with my pantyhose and sandals. I looks fine to me.
Reply:i guess it depends on the sandal, but sure why not. Women need to wear more hose ot the work place
Reply:In my opinion ... hose goes best with closed-toes shoes. But if you must wear hose with sandals (or open-toed shoes), make sure the hose are sheer-toed, not reinforced toes.
Reply:If your toes are going to show in the sandals, you really shouldn't wear them to work at all. Open toed is considered too informal for the office (if you don't work in a very casual atmosphere). Also, if you are wearing pantyhose, it is very faux pas to wear hose with feet with sandals. Sandals = open toe hose, or bare legs!!
Reply:I don't think you are supposed to wear pantyhose if your toes are going to be 'out'.....pantyhoses are formal and sandals more casual....I don't think you should wear them together :)
Reply:Yes, you can, but it looks really tacky to me.

If you MUST wear pantyhose, wear the ones that are made for sandals. ( the toes of the pantyhose are bare)

I usually go bare legged to work, and that's acceptable.

Hope that helps!
Reply:I wouldn't, if the toes stick out then no need for hose.
